Plants are live organisms and each require their own specific care needs. Though there is no guarantee of success, we do our best to help our customers through our vast catalog of information presented on our website. Check the varieties you need help with on our website for more details.

Yes. We're happy to send you any documentation you may need for your specific region.

With 30+ years of experience as a nursery, pests are an issue we don't take lightly. Generally, we continually treat our product throughout the year to avoid any proliferation of insects.

As of now we consider discounting on a one-off basis. Please use our contact form to learn more.

Our minimums to order for the Fall 2024 - Spring 2025 season is 500 units OR $5,000.

We cannot accept card payments. Please go to https://www.billerpayments.com/app/simplepayui/?bsn=ftf#/simplepay/payment if you would like to remit payment via ACH. Your Customer Number can be located under the header labeled "Sell-to Customer No." in your invoice or sales order. You may also email us if you cannot find this information. We're happy to address specific requests and work with customers individually.

There are many factors that go into pricing. Generally, we do our best to gauge demand and adjust pricing accordingly.

We ask that orders are booked and confirmed at least two weeks before the requested delivery date as our yard will need time to tag and pull all of your order. Our office will also need time to book a truck for your delivery, unless you are planning to pick up your order.

Yes! We are happy to do tours of the farm. Please schedule an appointment with our staff through sales@freedomtreefarms.com. Please understand that we have a right to refuse tours during our busy season due to an increase use of large machinery.

If you are a new customer or have done business with us less than 3 years, you will be required to put down a 25% deposit. The amount and date due will be given to you in your confirmation email.

We provide a variety of tagging options. Please reach out to our sales staff at sales@freedomtreefarms.com for more details.

We're happy to send you a sample order if this is your first time ordering trees. We'll work with you to alter the mix based on what's best for your business.

We're always looking forward to attending the Mid Atlantic Nursery Tradeshow (MANTS) in Baltimore, MD as well as Cultivate in Columbus, OH.

For Drivers

7am-3pm. There is a 1hr lunch break for the crew from 12pm-1pm. Please avoid this time block if you do not wish to sit in the truck for longer than scheduled. Late pickups will need to be approve by FTF staff. If you do not think you will make it in before 3pm, please inform us as soon as possible.

Upon seeing the Freedom Tree Farms sign, drivers will be directed to turn right up a hill. They are to remain in the vehicle until someone checks in with them.

Yes. Full assistance. Drivers do not have to get out and help our crew load the truck.

Loose loads will be stacked. Palletized loads will be wrapped in plastic wrap.

There are no weight or height restrictions.

Drivers may be asked to provide a load number or PO number upon receiving paperwork. We may ask the name of the company you represent as well.

Palletized loads may take up to 30 mins to an hour. Loose loads usually do not take any longer than 1hr & 30 mins.

A bathroom can be located to the side of the office entrance. Drivers can be provided with free bottled water upon request.

If a pickup time was not scheduled with us, we require at least a two hour of advanced noticed so our crew has time to prepare. A rough ETA is also acceptable.

We ask that the drivers remain in their truck until they are fully loaded. After loading, the driver should pull up to the side of the office and enter the office to receive their paperwork. There are farm dogs onsite but they ARE NOT HOSTILE. However, if you have an issue with this, please let your dispatcher know and we will bring the paperwork out to you.

Loading docks are not covered, though this will not be an issue for the driver as they do not have to help load the truck, unless it is a flatbed with tarp.

We\ do not offer overnight parking.

If you cannot make it to our farm before close, please inform your dispatch so we can decide whether the crew will load you past close or if you will have to be loaded in the morning.

For their safety, we encourage drivers to stay in their truck if possible as there are tractors, cars, and wagons moving all around at all times.

Our farm dogs are friendly with the staff and drivers, but not with other animals. Please be cautious if you have an animal with you onsite.
